Herpes risk from one time protected oral sex

Hello all,
I had a protected oral sex on May 07, 2010. I fingered her while she was performing oral on me. After fingering her, I touched her breasts with the same finger and I sucked her breasts. I am not sure whether her vaginal fluid went inside my mouth while sucking her breasts. She also licked my thigh area before performing oral on me. After 4 weeks later, I saw a small lesion on my thigh area, but it went away next morning while taking bath. I also felt uncomfortable with my mouth when I eat spicy foods, I felt itchiness in my mouth at that time. I thought I contracted oral and genital herpes from the above exposure and went on to take the WHOLE STD package after 4 WEEKS and all came back NEGATIVE. I was also feeling headache after 6th week which lasts for 1 week.

Then after 8th week, I feel tingling sensation in my penis. Its kind of cell phone vibration in my penis. I was terrified. I ruled out Gono, chlamydia, since the test was taken after 4 weeks, i also ruled out syphilis, since in OR, the rate is very less.

So I went for Herpes 1/2 HerpeSelect after exactly 8 WEEKS and both came back NEGATIVE.

1. Do i need to take another test after 4 months?
2. What is the reason behind the feeling of vibration in my penis which lasts for 5 seconds and come back after 10 min and continue through out the day? It is annoying..

Hi Grace,

Eventhough i've tested NEGATIVE for all STDs at 11th week, i still "feel" (not showing) some symptoms. Fraction of second i feel very heavy pain inside my penis (like some one is poking a penis with a pin). It comes every 1 hour or so. It started like 2 days back.

I am terrified and the thing is all these symptoms are not consistent. I had itching for 1 week and then Headache for 1 week and tingling sensation on penis for one week and now this symptom.

Do you guys suggest testing for NGU? I do NOT have a painful urination or discharge so far.

What about public lice, scabies or Trich testing?

yes, this is conclusive for herpes at this point.

1. Now I am having abdominal pain and tingling sensation in my penis and it is annoying. What could be the reason for that?

3. I am also having some pain in my left eye and it started 2 days back? Is this a symptom of any STD that the above test panel didn't cover?

You guys are very expert in this forum and you know very well about STDs than I and Dr also assured me that I dont have any STDs. The reason i repeatedly asked you guys is that I am getting married in 3 months and I dont want to be in "not clear" situation.

So I'll remove these things from my mind and i'll move on with my life.

Only one advice to everyone: DON'T HAVE A SEX, EVEN IF IT IS PROTECTED ORAL SEX, UNTIL YOU GET MARRIED.... This is the lession I learned from my experience.

You've already asked this on the expert's forum. There is no testing to wait for, as quote from Dr. Hook: " I agree with the advice that you have already received that you did not get an STD of any sort through this exposure and see no reason for concern and no reason for further testing."

Hi, Is having dark thin black circle around the opening of penis symptoms of NGU or Herpes? I don't know if those circle was there previously or not. I read somewhere that if you have a dark black circle on the tip of penis, it might be a symptoms of STD. Is that right?

You asked me to wait for full 12 weeks, but due to my fear and guilt, I'll take one this week (after 10) and the last one in next 2 weeks to put my mind in peace.

Thanks, I have one more question. I started feeling tingling sensation on my penis after 8 weeks. I have seen couple of times a one drop of watery discharge from my penis. Does this happens because my body produced enough antibodies to fight HSV? If that is the case, if I take another Herpes test this week (After 10 weeks), will it show up in the test?

Hi Grace, For the last 2 days, I dont feel the tingling sensation in my penis, but in the morning when I squeeze my penis, I see only one drop of discharge in the color of water, but it not looks like water or seman, it is very thick. What could be this? One more thing is, I really have to squeeze to see this discharge and it is not constant, it happens only in the morning after I wake up and before urinate. I am really terrified. I am getting married in 3 months. I just want to get over this. Thanks for your help.
