HSV-2 Protected Vaginal Intercourse

I had a protected sexual encounter 4 days ago where I had protected vaginal and protected oral sex which in total lasted 10 minutes. My main concern is contracting genital HSV 2, since I don't know the other person's history but they are quite sexually active. 4 days later now I have a tiny circle like bump on my penis head which doesn't have any redness or fluid. It appeared 14 hours ago and hasn't really changed since. It is also not itchy and isn't giving me any tingling. It is a single spot and is not a cluster. I'm wondering if this would be the start of the herpes primary outbreak? I have had tests done previously and have been negative for both hsv1 and hsv2. If this would be an outbreak, how would it progress from here? Does hsv2 ever break out as just a single spot or is it always a cluster? Any help would be appreciated.

How are things now?

Your risk for herpes, or any STD, is very low, given that everything was protected. If you still have this spot, you should get it checked by a doctor. It doesn't sound like herpes.
