Think I'm at risk for HSV2...HELP!

I recently had protected sex with a sex worker in Singapore (regretfully) and now I'm freaking out.  Activity pretty much went like this (sorry for the graphic nature):

- She kissed the shaft of my penis with no condom (not the tip)
- Mutual masterbation (she did rub herself first before me, so some transfer of her fluid to my skin)
- Put condom on, proceeded with vaginal sex
- Shortly into it noticed an abundance of white discharge coming from her, transferring to the area around the base of my penis and scrotum
- Immediately stopped the sex, removed the condom (it was intact), washed off with soap, and even applied some Purell to my whole genital area (which really burned by the way, but I was desperate)

So, with that said, I have a few questions:
1)  Just what am I really most at risk for?  I think, HIV very little, but HSV2 for sure.  Please correct me though.
2)  How much am I at risk for HSV2 given the circumstances (mainly concerned with her discharge on me).  I am already HSV1 positive orally.  Does that help reduce my risk of HSV2 in the genital area, or just lessen any initial HSV2 outbreak?
3)  Does Purell really help any?  Or, could it increase risk due to skin irritation?  I know its mainly a bacterial aid (made for hands), but my concern is viral?

Also, I did get a look at her genital area, and did not see bumps or lesions, then again the light was no so good.

I really appreciate this forum and any prompt responses.  Thanks!

She's a professional. I'm sure she uses lube of some sort. It's not easy keeping things ready and willing all night long.

No betadine won't help protect you from herpes. It also smells funky after it's been there awhile.

Hsv1 doesn't provide any significant protection against contracting hsv2 later on.

Thanks Grace!  The thing that bothers me is the amount of discharge that was on my bare skin.  She really had something going on there.  Now assuming she had an active herpes outbreak internally (or even just shedding), wouldn't the live virus transfer in the fluid that was on me?

Do you have any input on HSV1 cold sores adding immunity to genital herpes?

Also, not that I'd do something so dumb again (ever!), but just wondering, some guys say painting your genital area with betadine before sex with a condom would guard against herpes.  Would you lend any credit to that?

A one time protected encounter is fairly low risk.  I really wouldn't even do any follow up testing to be honest.

The purell only helped to irritate your genital skin. I don't recommend using it on the genitals. It's incredibly irritating to our tough hands as it is so using it on the genitals is just asking for trouble.
