There is no way this episode would result in a genital HSV infection of any kind. The virus simply cannot transfer this way. Seek medical advice for your penis issues and I'd be thinking fungal or bacterial.

Another small rash appeared today which is 1 cm apart from original rash. The original one is diminishing. I don't know what they are. Please let me know that that is not hsv2 symptom.

Based on your description, for sure this isn't herpes and it has nothing to do with the non-risky event in the bar. Most genital rashes are not herpes or other STDs. If it continues, see a doctor.
