Hepers simplex 1 maybe?

ok so about two weeks ago while i was home i had intercourse, with a female i thought i knew since a long time ago, and about four days later, i noticed a weird feeling on my upper lip, and got really scared, because it looked like an outbreak. I started doing research, and about soiled myself when i saw that it looked like a herpes outbreak, I kept doing research, and i comforted myself when i saw that it also looked like Fordyce's condition. As days went by, it kept getting a little bigger, and bigger, then it started to scab up, it turned to a really dark purple color almost black, and the crust got smaller and smaller.  It is now gone after i kind of peeled my little scab off, and to my suprise it looked normal. What made me freak out the most was that about two days ago, as i was tired from work i rubbed my neck, and noticed a small pea sized ball on the back of my neck, around my left ear, just below my hair line. I thought it was just stress, but it kept bothering me, so i decided to look it up and noticed it was close to where it shows the lymph glands are, now I'm really freaking out, because swollen lymph glands are a symptom of HSV1. Any suggestions or comments?

This could be many different things. at this point since it's gone, no way for you to get an accurate idea of what it was. should it reoccur, go and be seen and get it properly evaluated.

Yes it appears that you may have HSV1. Your best bet would to have it confirmed by an MD. Its sad, but people do not realize how easy it is to contarct this disease. Best of Luck.
