Could it be herpes
2 weeks ago i had an unprotected sex with a middle age woman..after that i had a bath..now im having burning sensation before and after urination..when look into my penis tip mouth i can see redness and look like ulcer...its feeling pain...but not when im urinating..i dont have any other symptoms than this...could be an std infection..no any discharge coming out from my penis..no swollen.
I would get a urine test for bacterial std's. I doubt it's an std but better safe than sorry. This is not herpes though.
