It is common for people that have contracted hsv1 in childhood to not get cold sores as adults. Sickness, stress or injury can trigger an outbreak. Like I said 24 hours is really to soon for a lesion to appear from this exposure. Go have anot igg blood test. If it is positive then you know for sure your infection is not from this exposure. Keep in mind that an igg test for hsv1 can miss 1 out of 10 infections but a positive results is conclusive that this is an older infection. Good luck and let us know your results please
Have you gotten tested lately? Herpes information says: most infected people doesnt know they have the virus because they dont show symptoms or they do but its too mild and they mistake it for something else. If you are sure you did not have Herpes prior to this "if" moment then 24hrs its too soon. I'd suggest seeing a doctor and getting tests done just in case.
So you think is something a had in my system just decided to appear at 35. I felt real sick worst hungover ever you thing that might have triggered it.
No. That would be to soon.
