Herpes from protected sex???

Hi Doctor,

I had protected sex with a prostitute in sydney like 4 months ago and after 2-3 days of having sex I have dysuria and frequent need for urination.. I went to doctor he tested me for chalmydia and NG and it came back negative he have me zithromox for 1000mg my dysuria and frequent need to urinate was alot better in 5-7 days..but it been 4 months now I still have dysuira which is not consistent I have it for half of the day and then I feel like there is nothing and when I masturbated I had sharpe pain in penis. I have anal ichting since 4 months but I could not see any ulcer on penis or other parts..

I Never had unprotected sex.. but 3 months ago I had oral thrush(candida) because of the amoxicillin I was taking it for sore throat..could it be yeast infection in penis?? But my culture report does not show any bacterial growth and urine analysis was fine as well..


Could it be herpes???? Please help me

Doesn’t sound like symptoms of herpes at all and with the time it’s been since the encounter you could get tested  for herpes and put thst behind you . You should consider seeing a urologist.
