Herpes of PPP? PLEASE HELP - nervous&depressed

Firstly I would like to thank all who are taking the time to read this thread. I'd like to start off with giving you an explanation of my circumstance.  I'm a 17 year old male who has had sex with two partners.  I first experienced wart-looking bumps on the underside of the shaft of my penis a month or so ago.  I was worried, picked at them, and they went away just like a normal pimple would (but there was no puss or extract from them).  They reappeared, so I visited my doctor.  She had me do the urine test, which came back negative for clyomitia (sp) and gonnorea (sp).  She also swabbed the wart/pimple and it came back as bacterial.  A couple weeks ago I noticed a similar looking wart/pimple on the shaft of my penis (almost at the head).  I started shaking at the thought that I could have herpes.  I then examined the underside of the head of my penis to be shocked at what I saw, which looked to be PPP (Pearly Penile Papules).  They were neatly arranged bumps (believe me, not as pretty as it sounds) along the underside of the head of my penis, but did not extend all the way around.  I immediately researched online and found that they were identical to pearly penile papules.  THat eased my stress, but made me self conscious and so I researched ways to remove them, so I was going to talk about c02 laser removal, or whatever could be done to remove them.  But recently I've been a little more worried that what I am seeing is herpes, and not PPP.  Ever since I saw online that herpes symptoms include pain in the genital region, I feel as though I've had mild pains (but I'm not sure if thats due to my extreme paranoia over the situation).  I'm noticing (with a magnifiying lense) that other almost invisible areas around the shaft of my penis are getting small flesh colored bumps.  After examining it, it seemed red - which some pictures of herpes simplexs seemed to be from google picture search engine. I'm not sure if thats from me touching it so much though.   I have no idea what I'm dealing with, so I ask you this; is it normal to have symptoms of PPP (the papules around the underside of the head of my penis) with an outbreak of herpes? Or is it strictly one or the other? I suppose you could have both, but seems unrealistic that they both appear at the same time.  I'm also getting brown spots randomly (not bumps at all - just darker colored skin) on the underside of my penis, near the scrotum, and one on the shaft - so far).  I apologize of the lengthy question, but I've been so stressed and near depression on the subject that I needed to vent and ask people that could help me.  I would be eternally grateful for any help at all.  I considered posting pictures, but I'm unsure of the legality of the matter, seeing as how I'm 17 years old.

pearly papules are completely normal. No reason to have them removed - it's  a waste of money to do so.

You need to see a dermatologist for a further evaluation. do not pick at anything you see from this point on. you might even have molluscum contagiosum going on or hpv. Depending on what bacteria grew out the last time - it might've returned.

If you read our read before posting post, you'll see that we don't allow pictures to be posted and we don't look at links to pictures either.

At your age you could have hsv2 genitally but it's a rather small risk. Nothing you've mentioned really sounds like herpes either.
