Worried about Herpes

About 4 weeks ago, I went to a massage parlor and the girl licked my anus with her tongue and used her saliva. She also spit on her fingers and rubbed my anus, also inserted her fingers.
Then she gave me a handjob with her saliva, then oil.
I am nervous as I've had a low grade fever on and off since then, as well as burning after urination and sharp pains/burning at times in my shaft/head of penis. I don't notice any blisters.
Did I get Herpes from this girl? Can it be transmitted like this...through saliva via handjob or by her licking my anus/fingering anus with saliva?
I also read on an STD testing site that many people get herpes inside the urethra. Due to my symptoms stated above (pain/burn), is this what I have? Please let me know as I am very nervous.
