Herpes or friction burn
I had safe sex with a girl and the next day on my thigh, no where on my penis, i developed what appear to be little red bumps...they do not hurt, burn or itch. Could this be herpes or just friction burn? It was rough sex.
Herpes won't show up in one day. Be seen by your provider for a proper work up.
