Herpes or possibly something else..

For the last year I've had a number of strange sensations and symptoms that I need to know if it could be herpes or something else…

I’ve seen over 12 doctors and specialist nurses over the last 12 months and all have said it’s not herpes.  I did have an igg test in December, just over 5 months from possible infection and this was negative for hsv2 and positive for hsv1 - i’ve had cold sores for ever..

However,

For almost a year I have felt random stabbing pains in my thighs. The discomfort moves around I get it at the side, front and inner upper thigh - not at the back. Both thighs feel hot and I've experienced discomfort in the groin area.

I feel some slight tingling at the top of both feet - this is not painful but annoying.

Last week I started to feel some tingling on the top of my hands and top of the forearms.

I had a sore to the left of the perineum last Tuesday and this was uncomfortable for about 24 hours then cleared up. I think this is the second time I've experienced this in this area.

I've also got some tingling on the inside of my right forefinger. If I'd touched a herpes sore, this is the finger and location I'd have touched it with..

I’ve had recurring NSU that i’ve been treated for a number of times, once last August, in April and i’m currently on another round of antibiotics for.

pretty conclusive of could it be fungal such as Candidiasis, should i have another igg test?

I’ve a family and two small children so living in absolute fear right now that i’ve destroyed my life…

None of the symptoms you describe including the sores suggest hsv at all. Herpes lesions never disappear that quickly and the other symptoms are clearly not hsv in the absence of herpes lesions or a pending outbreak. Believe in your negative testing. You do not have hsv2. I lift 5 days a week and get many of the pains and tingles you describe. Men are susceptible to chronic pelvis pains. Being an athlete that pushes himself  these things are not uncommon. You don't have hsv2

I should have mentioned that i do a lot of cycling and initially thought the sores by the perineum could have been a saddle sore..  it had cleared by by the following day and couldn't get it swabbed.
