are my results conclusive?

Had a type specific ab herpes test they both came back negative however I didn’t receive any values
It has been 6 months since my last partner how accurate are these tests ?
I’ve never had an outbreak or flu like symptoms is it safe to say I’m HSV free ?

If it was an IgG test, it is about 95% accurate after 12-16 weeks for HSV2.
For HSV1, the IgG test is not as accurate, missing up to 30% of infections. So you can be 95% confident you do not have HSV2 but only about 70-75% confident you don’t have HSV1.
The most accurate test for both is the hsv Western Blot, only conducted at the University of Washington, though you can have the test done through your doctor.

I just wanted to add...I think you’re fine. HSV1 can be missed by the test but most people who have it, were exposed to it when they were young. I would not stress this for a minute. You did the responsible thing and got tested. You’re fine. Put this behind you.
