8th oct I had a protector sex and unprotected oral sex with a sex worker. On 13th oct, I vomitted my food all out in the wee hours and my aappetite drop alot, I lost over 6kg till today 28th oct.
During this 3 weeks, I had slight diarrhoea almost once everyday, I went to see 3 different family doctors and 3 doctors said is  gastric flu.
I did notice under my foreskin there is something not there shown up.. a few white dots in a roll
I went to see another different doctor regarding my exposure and he check my penis and told me through his experience doesn't look like herpes. But today just now I went to the loo, will I was urinating as I got slight stomachache I use my tummy strength  to push and urine and **** out after my urine finish, some transparent discharge out from my tip of my penis, it looks like sperms to me but I am worried. Cause I not sure if is STDs. Plus on my surrounding on hairy place itch and sometimes on the balls.. pls need some advice

My report say it didnt detect any virus and so no percentage was shown....that why I just wonder if there is virus, they will show the percentage... but mine just wrote "no virus detected"......

Im not sure the % but there is value in showing negative but its very accurate for showing a positive. Yes 3 months would be the testing window.

Hi swab tests are only accurate in confirming herpes and do have false negative issues. You might have the biokit test as a backup. Its hsv2 specific and quick and easy. If this test is also negative then you could confirm your 100% clear for hsv2. But the test must be done 3 months post exposure.

Forgotten to add..
He had given me antiviral medication. I took only 3 tablets for a day course and it cause me very bad diarrhoea. And I stop taking since sunday( medication taken on sat) today is wed, the discharge is on sunday night and no other symptoms appear and all is going away.
Today Wednesday, went to see my doctor again, he told me to stop and suggested that I might not have the virus and the medication cause me to diarrhoea and some skin irritation.. so just to check if he sounds right.....
Pls I need more expert in my situation as my anxiety causing me more issue... tks

I had just done a swap test for  herpes 1&2 waiting for result and I did went to see my doctor abt the transparent(sperm look alike) discharge. whereby is after urinating can be sperms and that only happen 2 times when I squeeze my tummy strength to push out my motion and my urine and there is no urethra irritation.
unless the discharge is before urine and when I squeeze the head of the penis.( am I correct??)
so if I do the swap test for Herpes 1&2, can the result be conclusive??

Hi, first of all you dont know if you have herpes and testing would be recommended for all std except HIV from your experience because you have a long term partner.
If you have herpes, carrying your child is not a risk. Not sure what you ment that i said herpes can be conclusive 0%!
With a white discharge there would also be urethra irritation. It would be best to be tested before being intimate with your wife for her protection.
Testing time post exposure below:

Gono and chlamydis----1 week
syphilis-----6 weeks
herpes----3 months

Few more question before ending.
I just had a newborn, what worries me is herpes, I didnt touch my newborn since 3weeks ago. So is it fine for me to carry my newborn??
Like what you said, herpes can be conclusive to be 0%.
Unusal discharge must be milk out or squeeze out before urinating then is consider infected. And the one I had seem like Sperms doesn't look like infection?
What are the best time or the right time to have sex with my wife again?
Itchness near the testicles  is what happen??

No, clear would not be a sign of an infection but is most likely natural mucus your seeing.

I did the the squeezing nothing came out from the tip and no urethra irritation.
but I did the same just now when I was in the loo while clearing my stomach and my urine. I use my stomach strength to squeeze both side out after my urine finish I can still see abit( yesterday alot) of clear like(sperms) came out... I wonder if this is STDs..
I did read from Internet that the discharge should appear before urinating..

Hi, discharge will show up in your underwear in the morning or if your milk your penis it will come out that way also but with a discharge there would be a urethra irriation.

Like to know discharge is normally how it happens... it will come out by itself from the penis and the frequency of the discharge is like one day how many times....
The white dots is gone... I use a incense to burn it away so ended up with a burn blister and already recover in about a week plus.

Hi both unprotected oral and protected vaginal are a risk for herpes but must most often its contracted by unprotected vaginal/anal sex. All your symptoms are not std related except for the white dots (which really dont seem herpes related, as first time symptoms usually appear 2 to 12 days post exposure). The discharge would be a std issue if you also had burning while urinating or an itching in your urethra.
If you concerned about herpes then test 3 months post exposure or have the white dots swabbed or scrabed for a culture preferably with a pcr test.

I forgotten to mention.
I had slip disc on my  lower back so I not sure if is it my old injuries or because of herpes causing the pain.
I now my lower back is feeling tied up and causes nerves pull to both my calf... pls advice
