I had unprotected sex with HSV2+ man while on my period. Should I be panicking?.

I am a 48yo straight woman, peri-menopausal in an open marriage. I tested clear 6 months ago. I had sex with a new lover while I was on my period (first period in months). Our policy is only protected sex until a new lover tests clear... but the condom broke.
There were no visible lesions.
I had sex again with him a week later.
His tests came back this morning positive for HSV1 and 2.
1 what are the chances I’m infected?
2 how do I protect my husband and his girlfriend?
3 Who should start using condoms? Me and loverboy obviously. What about me and my husband? My husband and his girlfriend?
If I test negative in three months I guess it’s condoms only with him from now on. And my husband and his girlfriend will need regular testing as well.
