If this is herpetic whitlow, go to an urgent care or doctor for an antiviral. That will help shorten the outbreak

Do i have to go to urgent care can it heal on its own
Have you every had this properly diagnosed as herpetic whitlow?
Yes, it will go away if it is whitlow but an antiviral will help shorten the healing time if this is, intact, hsv. And if it is hsv, you could very well have recurrences. It’s a condition with you for life, so you need to make sure you are not only properly diagnosed but get proper treatment.
