Equivocal IGG Results, help?

8 weeks after a possible risky encounter (protected oral/vaginal sex with sex worker) I got tested for STDs because I was convinced I caught something. Everything came back negative but an equivocal (0.98) IGG result for HSV2. I'm super nervous that it came back equivocal because that could mean I did catch HSV2 and this is a new infection. I did have a small red area on my testicles that the doctor swabbed but that came back negative. Since I got the results 4 weeks ago, I haven't had anything that looked like an outbreak but for a few days, I had a strange tingling sensation in my penis when urinating. It didn't burn or hurt just tingled. I'm not sure if I do have HSV2 and just looking for advice or opinions on if I should be worried.
