hsv result

morning, took a herpes test in 2007
result: HSV 1 IGG HERPESELESET  AB 2.11 H   0.00-0.89 INDEX

INTERPREATATION: POSITIVE

HSV 2 IGG  HERPESELECT AB  0.04     0.00-0.89 INDEX

my doctor told me its no big deal since i found out i told every female i might have sexual contact that i have herpes, my doctor told me to stop doing that. in 2008 i meet a young lady i told her and she still dated me, we never really used protection and i never had an out break, we broke up last week but prior to that if i tried to leave she would say i gave here herpes, i never seen a test result for her but i would stay feeling guilty. i told her from day one my situation, but it still feels bad if she did get it and the relationship is now done. but that's for another day,
question
what does theses result mean?
should i not worry as my doctor said?
should i keep telling women i have herpes?
since i never had an out break i noticed since 2007, what does that mean?

thank you...

you are + for hsv1. Most adults test  + for hsv1, it's incredibly common.

you are negative for hsv2.
