Is it true?

Dr. Handsfield states that is impossible to pass your own oral hsv infection to your genitals by touching a cold sore and then touching your genitals, is that true?

Also, I read that he states that at 6 weeks 80% of people will test positive. Is this true too?

So I shouldn't be concerned that I passed my hsv oral infection to myself genitally by touching my cold sore and then touching my genitals? I accidently did this :(
