Ulcer/sore/patch on shaft.

3 and half months ago I recieved a partially protected oral sex from a csw(transsexual). The clndom covered 60% of my penis. The past 4 days I've noticed a black patch(open sore or ulcer. I don't know how to call it). This black patch is in the exact position as of a fordyce spot which I was scratching with my nails. Not vigorous scratching. I noticed the fordyce spot 10 days earlier and I don't know if it was a blister.

I doubt it to be a blister because it was so tiny and resembled all the other fordyce spots. And it had changed into the black patch mentioned above only 7-10 days later.

The black patch however does not itch, burn or do anything even when I press or poke it.

1. Can blisters be as tiny as a fordyce spot?
2. Does this black patch resemble anything like a herpes lesion in any of the stages of an outbreak?

I am worried because this has appeared at the exact location when I did not have the condom covered.

I didn't look at the pictures. I agree with Handsfield and Grace on that subject. The problem is hsv should never be diagnosed by sight alone. Testing is always necessary. I suggest seeing your Dr and getting the area and any lesion swabbed. This is an online forum and while we can give an opinion based on a the knowledge we have. We can not in good faith direct without you being seen by a Dr or dermatologist.

I am planning to test at the 4 month mark. The Drs I saw don't seem to be up to speed when it comes to herpes.
I am past the time to get the lesion swabbed. I would really appreciate if you or some other community member can take a look at the picture. That will really help me.

I don't suspect this is hsv related. If you are concerned have a dermatologist take a look. Your symptoms came on far past the time frame for a primary outbreak

Did you have a look at the pictures? The pictures are the reason I'm worried so much now.
Also, what dr.hhh, grace and other experts say about asymptotic people is that most are symptotic, but they would have had lesions which would have been very mild and also just one or two blisters. I am worried if this is something of that sort.
