Hi. I had a little tiny white head at the lip(middle). It look like other pimples on my face. I popped it and white pus came out. Is this herpes? Does herpes comes out like this spot? Does cold sore discharge white fluid like pimple does?

That doesn't look at all like an hsv blister. You look to have an actual pimple. 80 percent of the population has hsv 1. It's not a big deal and common. I'm sure you've seen someone with a cold sore? That's what it looks like. What you show is a pimple. I'm guessing that you have anxiety. That's a treatable illness.  I would talk to your doctor about that so you aren't suffering with very thought, bump, lump that you see.

Hi guitarrox. Yes I am having very big anxiety. I need help. I searched on internet about cold sore but non of them are look like mine. But people keep saying that pimples can only grow on lip line, not on the lip itself. I only found one or two photos like mine but there is no answer. What I saw on internet the cold sore discharge clear or yelllowish fluid but mine was white like other pimple on my face. It popped up easily and left just a hole in the middle. Can anyone  in this community tell me who experienced cold sore tell me does my one look like yours? Is it early stage of cold sore?

It's a pimple. The difference between cold sores and pimples in images is all over the internet to look at. And again, really. Read this and take it in. EIGHTY percent of people on Planet Earth have herpes on their lips. Kids, babies, old people, it's so common. It's not a big deal. Worthy of your anxiety level. And what you have is a pimple. I won't say anything more to you about this because the way anxiety works is that if you keep seeking reassurance, asking, checking . .. your anxiety will only get worse. Go to a doctor for anxiety and get help for that.

Thanks for your answer. I met with a doctor and I talked about my anxiety. She only give me one medicine to lower my heart rate. It doesn’t really help. Anyway I need to accept what you told me and motivate myself. Thank you again for being there for me.

Probably a beta blocker that helps with physical symptoms. Go back to your doctor and see about something else along with that like an ssri and start therapy. Take care
