Is This A Low Positive Or Negative?

This Goes To Who Ever May Be Able To Help Me Thanx In Advance! Okay So In June I Had What Seemed To Be A Yeast Infection And So I Used Monistat And The Next Day I Was Fine....That Same Day I Went To The Obgyn And Got A Pap Along With Std Testing... Just Because.....So Mayb 3 Weeks Later I Tlk To My Gyn And He Says My Herpes Results Were .9 And That That Number Is Equivical And Just To Be Certain I Should Get Retested In Another 3-4 Months.....I Had Sex Last In March (Protected) So Frm March Until June Would That Have Been Enough Time For The Antibodys To I Guess Build Up To Show In A Blood Test ..And Another Thing IF It Is Negative What Would Cause My Number To Be So High....Could Me Using The Monistat Or Having The Yeast Infection Have Tampered With The Results Maybe?? Im Not Sure Asking These Question Because I Dont Know So Please No Negativity Thank You!

Ms Grace Thank You For Your Response.....And He Did Not Specify Which One Was .9 So I'm Not Sure About That. But Is From March To June Enough Time For The Blood Test To Have Been A True Read? And If You Were In My Shoes Would You Get Retested Because Maybe It Wasn't Enough Time To Be On The Safe Side Or Would You Let It Rest?

what results were .9?  hsv1, hsv2?

equivocal is negative if enough time has passed.  no real reason to think you have herpes nor is there really any reason to repeat your testing.

no, yeast infections and monistat don't affect herpes igg blood testing.
