First herpes outbreak - traveling

Hey, so I am pretty sure I am currently experiencing my first ever herpes outbreak. Today is Friday and last Saturday I had protected sex with a guy I had bumped into in 3 different countries now, we had to celebrate that fact. On Monday we had sex again. This time both protected and in a split second of misjudgment, unprotected. By Tuesday I was feeling quite a bit of pain and noticed a small bump or two in my genital area but figured it was from having a lot of sex after not having any in months and maybe an ingrown hair from shaving and this happens to me frequently when shaving my bikini area. Tuesday night we were together again but I told him I was until much pain to be doing anything. By Wednesday I was pretty sure I had herpes. I now had multiple (4-6) sores that almost resembled a canker sore in and around my vuvla., a sore throat, splitting headache, feeling run down, etc. Thursday I thought I was going to die for sure especially after being on a moped all day checking out surrounding towns. Today is Friday and I am about ready to jump off a high building due to the discomfort and pain I am experiencing. I have a flight leaving this current country in 4 days and then will be spending 4 weeks in one area in Thailand, and In a month from now I will be moving to Australia. I am not entirely sure what to do at this point. If I go to a doctor here I fear I will be wasting my time as I will be leaving the country before my results probably come back and they will have no way of getting a hold of me. I have a phone number in Thailand as I had been there 3 months previous to this. I feel like if I wait 4 days to see a doctor that could a bad choice but realistically the one that makes the most sense. What should I do in the meantime to keep myself from commiting dismemberment of my genitalia? Peeling hurts only half the time so I celebrate on the times it doesn't but then clench my teeth when it comes to wiping. I have also decided to give up pants at this point because that's a **** experience. Also - I am currently in Bali Indonesia so I know there are more intense things I can buy from the pharmacy here then back home in America. Anyway if anyone can help me out that would be great I've never had to deal with anything like this before and besides the fact that I am extremely freaked out, Google search hasn't helped a ton. Ya hours of if fortunate/unfortunately. I know in canada they will not give you test results over the phone you have to be in person. Is this common everywhere? Which is why I'm debating waiting until Tuesday when I get into Thailand because it is obviously expensive if I have to go twice to get the same thing done

Yes I would think herpes is a possibility here. I would go to a doctor and request a swab and blood test (for IgG antibodies type specific for HSV1 and HSV2) and inform them that you will be calling in for the result. Maybe you can set up a future phone appointment at the time of the swab.

You must get at least the swab done now.

Was there oral sex involved on the Saturday or any other day?
