Is it because of flagyl or something else?

Hi, I have recently finished taking flagyl to cure my BV and I noticed I had a white coated tongue. Then I had a skin tag like bump on my tongue. Now I am experiencing tingling, burning and itching on the vermilion border. And even under that just above my chin. Could it be a reaction to my medication or possibly herpes.

Non of that sounds hsv related. A cold sore would appear very soon after any burning or tingling woukd start. The rest is not hsv related. All in all it sounds more like a reaction

I didn't wake up with any sores on my mouth and the bump on my tongue decreased a lot but I'll still go to the doctor to check just to be safe. Thank you!
