Worried after protected sex with CSW

Am anxious about the condition and it gets in my head and sometimes after my body shows any symptom.
I had protected sex with CSW 10 months ago and thing makes me worried is that I touched her breasts for sometime . I didn't found any sores or liquid on hand . After I completed I didn't found the condom to be broken. I didn't had any oral or kissing.
Now after 10 months I watched a movie which gave a scene related to STD and made me anxious again which I tried to search about HIV and STD again and found   little better after that .
But recently I was searching something about herpes and was looking at some images of oral herpes and 1 day after that I had some irritation on right lip corner.
I found it hair follicles after sometime and it is better after 2 days but I tried to rub it a little. And with it started with 2 whiteheads on my moustache area.
But in next day when I woke up , I move my tongue on lip area and found a tiny bump on my inside part of upper lip on same right side just some away from irritating part. The bump was single , tiny and had white in colour(similar in look like whitehead) but was in inner part of lip. I tried to pinch it and it came out with white stuff which felt like semisolid. I had no pain while pinch.i had no case that I had any bump like this inside lip.
I am worried whether this is hsv or any usual bump?
Please help.

This sounds a lot like anxiety to me.

You can get oral herpes from anyone - your parents, your regular partner, kissing someone in a bar. 67% of people under 50 globally have it, up to 80% overall have it.  You get it from kissing mostly. It's possible to get it from giving oral sex, but far and away, it is mostly kissing.

Sex workers don't have it at any higher rates than the general public because it's already really high in the general public.

You could have it and not have symptoms because the vast majority of people who have it never get symptoms.

You don't get it from kissing breasts.

I'm not sure why you're so freaked out about it, though. If you're in the US, you can get a type specific IgG blood test, but please note that the hsv1 IgG test misses 30% of infections, and there are false positives on the hsv2 test.

Oral herpes is usually ON the lip, not inside it, and wouldn't heal within 2 days. That sounds like a canker sore, which is different.

I'm not sure your anxiety can handle a false positive.

But really, your risk here for oral herpes isn't any different than if you kissed your neighbor.

I didn't kissed anyone and no oral
Still it presents any risk?
And after I pinched it now after hours when I see it , looks like little spot with white ( mostly like ulcer ) but it is not having pain or burning sensation ( a little crack in that skin too).
Am from India .
If you didn't kiss anyone or give oral, then no, you don't have oral herpes.

Pinching your skin can cause injury. That's likely what you are seeing.

See your doctor if you are concerned about it.
