Is it herpes!

I had an exposure it was only genital rubbing after 7 days i felt pain on my left side of my testicle and scattered red dots “not bumps” no itchy and no fever or sore throat. Im going back to my family don’t know what to do

It doesn't sound like herpes. Have you seen your doctor?

Genital rubbing doesn't often result in transmission unless it's the kind of rubbing associated with intercourse.

There are many things this could be other than an STI. You should really show a doctor.

I was shaving the area don’t know if that was the cause
It might be - there is no way for us to know. A doctor can tell you, though.
