Is it possible it's something other than herpes.

I am a female. I had protected sex with male who ate my vagina. two days later i had to pee alot and sometimes when peeing it took a minute for the pee to come out. I woke up the third day and top part of my vagina on one side looked irritated. And a little itchy. Then it went away the next day. Then i got this white spot on the inside of my lip. (my face lip) and then at the back of my teeth top and bottom i have like circles. And i went to the er and they dont test there i didnt know. And a gynocologist looked in my mouth and said it just looks like i bit the inside of my mouth. I did get high on molly the day after the sex. But i have these itty bitty pimples on my armpit and my throat hurts and im convinced I have the herpes. my brother has herpies so i asked him to also look at the inside of my mouth he said its not herpes. I dont have any sores on my vagina. It doesn't burn when I pee. Its been 5 days and im terrified.

Nothing you describe sounds like herpes. While a recent herpes infection can cause the symptoms you describe - swollen lymph nodes, lower back pain, etc - these symptoms would not be present without obvious blisters, lesions, and sores.

In addition, a blood test 5 days after your encounter, while not completely worthless, would be way too early to tell you if you were infected from this encounter. If your blood work came back positive for hsv1 or hsv2, it would indicate you have been infected for a lot longer than 5 days and not from this recent encounter.

Also, most people that are infected with oral hsv1 have no idea that they're infected. Unlike your brother, who I am assuming must get frequent outbreaks, most hsv1 infected people rarely if ever get recurring outbreaks. In fact, most people when they receive a positive hsv1 result on an antibody blood test are very surprised by the results because they never get outbreaks.

More importantly, if you were experiencing a primary oral hsv1 outbreak, e.g. sores inside your mouth, it typically would be quite severe. In other words, you would know because it would be quite obvious and painful.

The symptoms you describe sound like they could be a urinary tract infection, but I am NOT saying that it is. All I am saying is that your symptoms are far more consistent with a UTI than an Hsv genital infection.

One more thing, congratulations on using condoms and practicing safe sex. Good luck.

Nothing mentioned here points to hsv. Armpit bumps sounds like irritation from shaving.

Like I have razor burn on my vagina and arm pit and it said somthing about lymph nods and back pain and ive had the worst insomnia. I cant sleep at night just playing the waiting game. Another question if someone has had herpies for a while then they get blood drawn is it true the test results will be back in two days?
Depends on where you rest and what test you take. The ONLY blood test anyone should take is a type-specific IgG or an hsv Western Blot from the University of Washington.
Hsv antibodies take time to develop, so testing should be done at least 12 weeks out from last sexual contact.
