I JUST got the phone call from my primary doctor who has my test results from all STD's and she said that I am negative for all except FOR ORAL HERPES.  My exposure was 13 weeks ago.  I had not had any symptoms or blisters.  Throughout my 13 weeks of waiting I have been BEYOND STRESSED bout STD's and have not had one blister.  I had two females that I was messing with for over two years and had sex with them with no condom and they have not had any symptoms as well, no physical showings, ALL OF US.  

My exposure was with this prostitute 13 weeks ago.  The condom broke and didn't realized until i pulled out.  I did not kiss her whatsoever.  Can oral herpes be passed by sexual intercourse?  

I was told that the way herpes should be tested is by swabbing the puss of the blister, but I haven't had a blister yet.  I did blood work for herpes.  How reliable is the results for herpes at 12 weeks, blood work?

Is there a test that will determine if the outbreaks will occur orally or genitally?  What's with the "western bolt?". I'm just petrified of outbreaks on my genitals.  Say if I really do have oral hsv1 can I transmit the virus?  If so, how?

Nothing to be lost about. you have hsv1 and its almost certainly oral from childhood. many people never have outbreaks.

Ok so this is where I stand.  I have not ever had a cold sore in my 32 years of life.  My mother said she haven't seen a cold sore either.  13 weeks ago I had sex with a prostitute.  She gave me oral without a condom and had vaginal sex, but the condom broke.  Yes I do know HSV1 is usually oral and HSV2 is transmitted through intercourse.  I also know HSV1 can be transmitted to genitals which will cause outbreaks to occur on genital area, but I have not had an outbreak down there yet.  Two weeks after my exposure I got a cold and allergies at the same time and stressed out, but still no outbreak.  I had been stressed for the entire three months and still no outbreak.  I had slept with two other women since my exposure with the prostitute and they had no symptoms as well.  I'm lost....

Knowing that she had no visible sores around her mouth and I have not had an outbreak yet, how will I know if I got this std from this prostitute?  Should i tell the last girl before her to test and if she's negative then that pinpoints the prostitute?  I remember my ex girl from 8 years ago who went to Miami and came back with sores around her mouth.  I didn't kiss here, but if kissing her in the future with no sores visible, can i still get hsv1?  She loves tanning.  She claimed that she got them from tanning in the sun for so long.

Of course you can have kids. This is a very common virus that many people have. What test did you have and what were the numbers that came up?

Because you have had HSV1 most of your life. If you have no recollection of an outbreak, then they occurred before living memory. A huge proportion of the population is infected from 6 moths to 2 years of age and pretty much none remember being infected but they were.

40% or so of people with HSV1 do not experience symptoms.

I haven't ever had cold sores in my youth days.  I am 32 years old.  I've had a cold and allergies at the same time two weeks after my exposure and not even a single blister.  I am lost.  I thought blisters will rise when stressed and sick?  Why haven't the two other females have any blisters as well?

What is clear is that you have HSV1 and have had this since your youth. Your infection has nothing to do with the recent exposures. You may have had cold sores in your youth but like many people, do not get them in adulthood (or very rarely).
