Is there a chance that i dont have herpes? if not what could it be?

The last time i had uprotected sex was 25 days ago and to day i went to the bath room cause my my penis was itching so when i took a look there was a group of painfull blister on the right side of my penis so i then busted all of them an some left craters and some didnt but after that there was no pain unless something rubbed the affected area  and at the time my lymph nodes was not swollen till the next day on the right side  an had some pain beside it but not on the lymph node it self the female said that she had never had any symtoms since  she was raped 7 months ago and she has not been tested either i am going to get tested on monday but i am drivin my self crazy cause this could be life changing

You need to be seen tomorrow for a swab/culture of your symptoms. Your GF needs to have a full STD screening as well based on the fact that she was raped.

As far as herpes being life-changing, it really isn't. It's very manageable in relationships (even if your partner is HSV negative) and is but a mere skin condition. You can read more about herpes here: http://www.ashastd.org/herpes/

thanks also there has been no redness in the area but the area has been swollen but now its going down

It may very well not be herpes (most symptoms appear within 2-20 days from exposure), but since neither of you know each others herpes status, you need to be seen.
