Possibility of Dermatologist missing Herpes

Ive posted several questions before. April 09 I had a prtected encounter with an escort (no sex), mostly rubbing. I took several tests but have had some strange symptoms since... after going to a derm for what he diagnosed as a yeast infection (painful to urinate, slight rash on penis) I developed pimple like postules on my buttocks that have a white head and with white/milky puss. The Derm has seen them twice or three times and has taken swabs (no viral culture, just microscppe analysis). He says it is folliculitis, not herpes. However, its been a month and new postules appear every day, as soon as it starts to get better more appear even though Ive used the creams and soaps hes prescribred. Along with this I have swollen lymph noded for over three weeks and ache/tingling all over my legs. To add to all this last week he said I have another bacterial infection in my urethra so Im back on antibiotics... Should I get s second opinion or a HerpeSelect test? Is it possible he has migdiagnosed me three times already? I dont know what to do, this has unravelled way too much IMO. Thanks

Quick update: Went to Std specialist again, blood test for Syphilis Negative, Hiv RapidTest negative. Igg/Igm for HSV 1/2 both negative. this after 7 weeks of rubbing encounter. Folliculitis almost gone. Couldnt be happier. Think it was all in my head...Will repeat HerpeSelect at 16 weeks but Dr says from what I did it is comoletely unnecesary.

Getting s second opinion can't hurt. I do not suspect this to be hsv related.
