Oral and Vaginal Sex with Male with Bumps on Penis

Tonight I had sex with someone I know who has told me he is clean in the past but has slept around with a LOT of different girls. We were not protected and I performed oral and vaginal sex with him. I noticed that from last time to this time he now has bumps on the underside of his penis shaft. I had a gut feeling it was a bad idea but kept going. RIGHT after, I noticed a bump on my lip and I came home and spread apart my lips (down there) and noticed a couple of teeny tiny bumps right before the entrance of my vagina. Could this possibly be herpes? I am so nervous and regret this more than I can ever express. Can someone please inform me of what it could be and what I should do or look out for???? Thanks.

it is too early for testing for hiv and herpes so if you really need the peace of mind, you'll need to repeat your testing again later on.

if you need help with your herpes igg blood test results, just post them here :)

I went to the GYN last tuesday and she said everything looked alright. She did a PAP and sent me for blood work, which I got done the following day. I called the office today for results and she said I was negative for the chlamydia and GC test that I had done. I'm waiting on my blood test because I believe I was tested for HIV and HSV1&2. Even if I get the HSV tests back, I feel like it will show up negative because I read up and it said it takes months for the antibodies to develop so I'll still be left wondering until then. Now, what?! We'll see! Thanks for the help - figured I'd update.

Be seen by your provider for a workup at this point is the best advice.  Though there are many things that can cause the symptoms.  You need to relax first off is the best thing.  What you did was your choice but getting tested and in the future protecting yourself is always the best idea.

thank you for your post back. I know he wouldn't be honest lol I totally understand that and agree with what you say.

I have had my gardasil shots - yes. I've been stressing all night and day about this and my body is aching since I got 5 hours of sleep and have been upset and down all day. I've been examining myself every few hours because I'm nervous ever since last night and I'm probably just freaking myself out but I'm noticing tiny bumps developing everywhere down there..

I have a GYN appointment next week now. I'm so nervous I'm crying nonstop. Sounds childish but I am worried for my future health.

I've already developed a sore on my upper gums and on the side of my tongue and my throat is sore. :( What do I do!!

anyone who showers regularly is clean. it says absolutely nothing about their std status though!!!  To me, it's incredibly naive to just ask someone if they have anything. why would anyone be truthful when they were about to get lucky????

most people do not get tested regularly for std's. When they do, most of them are not getting herpes testing done. If you aren't in a long term monogamous relationship with someone you trust, you should be using condoms each and every time to protect yourself!!

so , if this partner does have herpes, would you get symptoms orally and genitally that quickly? No you will not. odds are what you saw was irritation from kissing and from having sex.

so what do you do now?  well this was unprotected sex with a partner so it's best to protect yourself with testing. you can get tested for chlamydia and gonorrhea anytime after 1 week post encounter. syphilis anytime after 6 weeks. herpes and hiv after 3 months.

have you had your gardasil shots?
