Chlamydia and herpes diagnosed

It started off as a rash on the glans of my penis like red circles not sore or blisters but like a rash. I went to get a physical check up and the doctor said it didnt look like herpes. Also my diagnosed came back negative for hiv, gonorrhea, and syphilis but positive for chlamydia. I was given medication and took them as instructed. After 2 days i went for a hsv igg test which i tested negative for type 1 but positive for type 2 at 1.31. I gave my body 11 weeks and 2 days to produce antibodies not the 12 week recommend time. My question is "is my igg 100% accurate?" Or should i test for the western blot test?
(P.s. symptoms have been geting better but glans is still sorta red but no rash)

Your igg number is a low positive and the cdc recommends a conformation test for anything that falls between 1.1 and 3.5 your results are most definitely not 100% accurate infact in that range it has pretty good odds of being a false positive.
