Oral sex herpes?

Hi was looking on the web for some answers and came across this site. Seems to she'd light on my concern(hopefully) I have hsv2 for 4 years and also my wife. I had 4 of my back teeth pulled yesterday and the doctor put 3 stitches in each extraction. Last night I have my wife oral sex for about 15 minutes not thinking till this morning. My question is can I get herpes working its way into my open wounds? We don't have hsv1 and there was no sign of out break. Also, she was giving me a handjob and oral. This ended around 10 last night. Then my son woke up at 7 this morning I came down and my wife was changing him and putting underwear on him. I know for a fact she did not was her hands prior to touching him an his underwear, can herpes spread from her hand to him and his underwear? Don't know why these are on my mind they never were before in the past. Thanks for helping and great website!

When its scabbed over is safe but bottom line is touching it is not the mode of transmission.

Life, what if there was a small outbreak that was in the process of healing? I checked my shaft this morning and I have two small blisters about the size of a pen tip. They are scabed over and I didn't even know they were there? Didn't feel a outbreak all week. My wife touched that area last evening anything to be concerned with in regards to her not washing her hands?

Hi, hsv2 genital can be passed to the oral area but its not common as you have strong antibodies now to help prevent it and also hsv2 prefers the sacrum ganglion. If she did not have any genital sores at the time, the risk would be even lower. Its not the open teeth wounds but the lip area.

Hsv2 is considered a sexually transmitted virus and is passed by naked rubbing naked genital contact and your wife touching your son would not be any risk from what you describe.
