is it possible to have herpes outbreak on my penis if a guy did me

I had sex with a random guy on 11th december and on 25th january i got a couple of bumps on the head of my penis and a rash under the foreskin. I am pure bottom and was the receiver. i thought it was fungal infection and i took antifungals. The infection spreaded relly fast in 4 to 5 days and it really hurt when i applied the cream. after a month since the outbreak i went to see a doctor and he diagnosed me with herpes. i was really scared and after 12 weeks from the exposure i got tested for Igg antibodies and the result was non reactive. I told the doctor about the results but he said it doesn't matter. Is it possible to get symptoms on my penis even if my partner didn't touch it?

If you have no antibodies at 12 weeks, chances are that this isn't herpes. (It can take up to 16 weeks to show positive on a test, but most people will by 6 weeks.)

If you are saying that your symptoms lasted a month, that's also not herpes. Even an initial outbreak, which can last longer, wouldn't last longer than a couple of weeks. You might get another one really quickly, but the first one would heal.

It also wouldn't spread like it sounds yours did. That sounds fungal to me.

I'm not a doctor, nor am I your doctor who saw you, but herpes doesn't sound right to me. Test again at 16 weeks, and if you're negative, it's for sure not herpes.

You don't describe what the bumps looked like, but also google molluscum to see if that fits. That can spread quickly.

I hope you are feeling better now.
