Possible herpies?

Had a one night stand in November 27th 2015.  6 hours later it hurt to pee, and felt like my bladder wasn't completely emptying.  4 days later started to get a itch on the side of my penis right below the head.  Itching was on and off for days but no rash, sore, blister or lesions.  Had an upset stomach and head ache for about 6 hours about a day before the itching started.  Tender groin lymph nodes started about a week in.  Around the time the lymph nodes started I got what felt like jock itch on the back of my balls all the way up to my butt crack.  This last for weeks before getting slightly better but the penis itch was constantly there (on and off throughout the day).  It's been about 19 weeks since this happened and I still have these symptoms(not the flu symptoms tho).  I still get the itchy penis, and tender groin lymph nodes.  I've been to a normal Doctor, dermatologists, and a urologist and none of them think it's herpes, they seem to think it's in my head.  Like I said there is no redness or sores or anything but it has been itching for months.  I reviewed oral sex unprotected and did unprotected vaginal for approximately 15 minutes total.  Do you think this is herpes? Please help! Oh and I took a herpes blood test Friday and I'm waiting on results!

Got my results today, herpes 1 IGG negative, still have symptoms tho, is a negative hsv 2 IGG at 18.5 weeks and a negative hsv 1 IGG at 19.5 weeks long enough to rule out herpies?

A little bit of sensitive urination is normal when you focus on it. Hsv urithral infections almost always include lesions on the outside as well. It would also be incredibly painful. Like peeing razor blades.
Yes it is painfull because of lesions. Not painful all the time.

Does herpes make it burn to pee bc the urine is going over the sore or does it just make it burn to pee? Or both? Bc I've constantly had burning urination, not intense pain from it but can deff tell there's some irritation.

I absolutely don't. If you acquired a new hsv1 genital infection from this you would have known it. Asymptomatic genital hsv1 is not common.

Went and got a blood test for hsv 1 today, also my penis has some redness where it has always itched, no lesion or sores, do you think I have hsv 1 genitally?

Correct. You can have another type specific test.

So if my paper work just says hsv II test that means it only looked for that?

Sorry texas but hsv1 can absolutely infect the genitals. In fact 50% of new genital infections are hsv1. That being said the vast majority of people who gets a newly acquired hsv1 infection know it. they get a classic painful outbreak with lesions.
You can always test for hsv1 if you want. If it did turn out positive then most likely it's an oral infection from childhood. Again none of your symptoms suggest an hsv infection. The fact your negative for hsv2 should really start to prove that.
Hope this helps

I've read on a lot of pages that you can get hsv 1 on the genitals as well has hsv 2 on your mouth

Ok so I got a paper copy of my test results and it only says I was tested for Hsv 2 IGG, is herpes 1 included in that test?! Is it possible I have herpes 1 on my genitals?!

No. That's not possible. HSV1 only affects the area of your mouth. You are so far out of that time you had intercourse. There's no way you have it.

Do keep in mind, anxiety about a certain area, anxiety in general, can cause very weird things to happen. You will "feel" that area constantly if you think about it too much. Brother, you are clear! Your tests are good!

Update, hsv 1 and 2 came back negative, asked for the numbers and the PA said I had zero trace of it, got tested at 18.5 weeks from last sexual contact so assuming this means I don't have it at all.

Sounds more like stress and always concentrating on the area. Again does not describe hsv. All the Dr's have agreed it's not hsv. Your tests will tell the tale.

It's been a while but I'm sure I felt sick before the itching, although I could be wrong,   But like I said I never had any blisters, lesions or sores.  I also had pain in my urethra, it burned to pee but it still burns to pee this day.  I've probably only had 10 uronations where I didn't feel burning since this started! I also get shooting pain in my butt sometimes.  A few weeks after it started I would get numbness or tingling down my legs!

I am very confident you do not have hsv. The symptoms you describe in no way suggest hsv. The virus does not act this way. The fku like symptoms start after lesions appear.  You did the right thing being tested for your peace of mind.
You can read a lot about odd symptoms being linked to hsv but thats really not the case.
I am confident your test will be negative and at the time frame you tested it will be conclusive.
Please let me know the results.

I've maybe had 7 days in the 19 weeks where my penis didn't itch at some point, I understand some people don't get the sores but I legit get nothing on my penis, at all! But it still itches! Idk what to do, I've lost my sex life over this.  The tender lymph nodes in my groin come and go and I might feel them all day or I might just feel a quick tightness.  And the past week I've been feeling what feels like throbbing in my arm pits but no swollen lymph nodes so I'm assuming maybe they are just tender? I can feel the tender lymph nodes, but I don't feel anything when I touch them on my body.  Please help, I need answers
