Odds of transmission, numbers only

Despite some research, I have found some numbers, but then some people say there are no numbers. I plainly would like to know the odds of the following (without anecdotal "it's low" or "high"):

(the following assumes that it is possible that there is asymptomatic shedding during periods of non-visible symptoms, and the assumption that the source individual is infected)

1) Transmission of HSV-1 oral to oral via kissing during non-breakout
2) Transmission of HSV-1 oral to oral via kissing during breakout
3) Transmission of HSV-1 oral to genital during non-breakout
4) Transmission of HSV-1 oral to genital during breakout
5) Transmission of HSV-1 genital to genital during non-breakout
6) Transmission of HSV-1 genital to genital during breakout
7) Oral HSV-1 asymptomatic shedding (on average) with one yearly breakout on any given day
8) Genital HSV-1 asymptomatic shedding (on average) with one yearly breakout on any given day
9) Oral HSV-1 asymptomatic shedding (on average) without ever having a breakout on any given day
10) Genital HSV-1 asymptomatic shedding (on average) without ever having a breakout on any given day
11) How the percentages above are affected by the use of a condom
12) How the percentages above are affected by the receiver/infected being male/female

If you do not have exact numbers, but have an approximate number in mind, please post accordingly. Much appreciated.

I forgot to also add:

13) How the percentages above with regards to acquiring HSV-1 if you are already infected with it in another location (ie, you have oral HSV-1, and the question is related to acquiring genital HSV-1)
