I totally understand what you are saying. I will answer like this: we have become a society dependent on the medical community and pharmaceuticals. Doctors [who know antibiotics are useless against viruses] have prescribed antibiotics for viruses so often that now we have several bacteria that are antibiotic resistant, including TB, which was once easily curable. People one to take one little pill, rather than making any change to their eating or lifestyle. It's sad, but true. I typically treat my minor illnesses with over-the-counter & natural remedies. I've known about l-lysine since the 80's. However, I just read about monolaurin [lauric acid] and tea tree oil. So, I'm heading out to the herbal shop to see if I can get these items.
This is based on a healthy immune system and the 15% is over the course of a year so to speak. The pill inhibits the virus frrom multiplying.
Also I can see you are the type of person that does everything by the book, as you completely ignore the fact that a healthy immune system should block the shedding. I mean what does the pill has that you can't get naturally?
15% of the time , what does that mean,
Like everyday i'm shedding it or what?
Hi, taking antivirals is the only way to reduce shedding. Hsv2 genital sheds about 15% of the time
