oral herpes??

I had my first (and second) oral herpes outbreaks a couple weeks ago and I just have a few questions
1) if i touch a cold sore the accidentally touch myself down there, will it spread as these outbreaks are the first?
2) is it safe to masturbate with a cold sore? how long should i wait after a cold sore has gone away to do so? is there still a risk if i use a vibrator with my pants on?
3) how long after a cold sore has healed is it safe to touch the area and not be worried about spreading it?
4) can it spread to other areas of my face/body while showering/washing my face?

1. The odds you will spread it to your genitals is extremely low. In other words it would be very rare to spread it.
2. There is no risk of you using a vibrator for masterbation. You can do this at any time including an active outbreak.
3.once a cold sore is scabbed over it's usually safe. Again, even if you touch a cold sore and then your genitals the risk is still extremely low.
4. Hsv infections stay in the nerve ganglion they are in. Most outbreaks are usually in about the spot but you could have an outbreak anywhere in that area. Like your nose...etc
