STD's Herpes

I'm a virgin and been talking to this guy for awhile this happened back in November.  I received oral sex from him often but this one time he went down on me his teeth brushed really hard against my skin and he was sucking hard down there that it left my vagina swollen with a purple hicky ( i believe it was) and a cut above the clitoris hood. Its been healing okay but I still have a scar and its been there for almost 7 months now and I'm really scared and paranoid. The scar sometimes itches especially after I shower. I don't think its herpes because we was kissing and making out for hours before he performed oral and I've never gotten a cold sore after that.
I got tested back in December for Chlamydia, Trich, herpes and HIV they were all negative
I got tested again in Feburary for HIV and Syphilis the tests were negative
I'm thinking about getting tested again for Herpes
Could it just be a scar? I haven't had any other sore/outbreaks after that besides a hair bump a day after shaving.

Really the odds are incredibly small. When hsv lesions are healing  (scabs) they are not very contagious as the virus I'd still healing. Like I said, I highly doubt you contracted hsv or any std for that matter.

Hsv is mostly transmitted by opened sores. Im sure that if he didnt have any open sores you should be ok. Of course a test wont do any harm. He could have had sores inside the mouth but you would have had symptoms by now imo. Talk to a dr!

If it is a herpe how long does a herpe scar last?  Is it possible that he could of had a herpe but it healed but still could've been contagious, wouldn't I had gotten infected by the mouth also? Why does the scar still itch sometimes, does that mean its not fully healed even after 7months? How do I get rid of the scar?

Oral sex can transmit hsv1 and gonnerhia. The chances of hsv1 if he had no cold sores present are close to zero. From your description it doesn't sound like hsv at all. More like trauma from the act itself. I wouldn't worry
