Initial symptoms of herpes
I recently had protected sex with a girl I had just met. We also had unprotected oral sex (including kissing). In less than 24 hours I was down with fever and headache. I have also had constipation since. It has now been 3 days and the fever is almost gone. Besides this I have had no symptoms. Could I have contracted Herpes ?

Without any blisters, it's unlikely. You could have had the flu, covid, any other random virus, etc.
I'm not sure why you think herpes.
