At this point you need to be following up  on this promptly and properly with a medical provider. these do not sound like herpes .

Hi Taylorld,

While noone could make a proper diagnosis without seeing you, it sounds like you could have "boils" which are abcesses. Some people have them repeatedly in the same location. Sometimes they will go away on their own, sometimes they need to be treated with antibiotics and in severe cases they sometimes have to be "incised & drained" meaning the doctor opens them with a scalpel to remove the pus (sometimes leaving a piece of "wicking" fabric in place to encourage the contents to move outward). I'm pasting a link below that will tell you more about what boils are and what causes them. We see them pretty frequently in the emergency room. Although the article recommends a remedy, I have no idea if this remedy is safe or effective. I would encourage you not to use any home remedies but rather to see a doctor/nurse practitioner to get an accurate diagnosis and effective treatment. Some abscesses also grow germs that are resistant to usual antibiotics so seeing a doctor is important to assure you don't have MRSA or some other resistant germs causing the boils. When you see the doctor, you can ask if there are any home treatments you could try should the boils recur in the future. The link to more info is:

From what I understand, genital herpes should present itself with at least more than one sore on the vagina with an outbreak. This sounds more like a cyst to me. Have a doctor look at it so he can properly diagnose you.
