Young and worried I may be infected

6 days after unprotected oral with a male (biggest mistake of my life) I developed a small irritation around the tip of my urethra or metus of my penis. It's slightly red and slightly raised. It's more noticeabe looking at the bottom of my penis. It's a small raised and redish line that goes around both sides of the metus, connectes at the bottom of the metus, then goes under and  splits the underside of the head of my penis down the middle then stops when it reaches the normal looking skin of the shaft. Also inside the tip of my urethra looks red as well. It doesn't apear to be a blister more of a raw irritated look with a small pin head size dot.  Most of the time it doesn't bother me but while walking I can feel that it's tender when rubbing up against my clothing. I had 2000 mg of zpak 3 days ago but that didn't help. The skin does not burn or itch. However inside the very tip of my urethra is a very light burn when I begin to urinate. I'm having lots of anxiety that it might be hepres although I haven't had any blisters and it's been 13 days since the encounter. Also I am circumsized. But does anybody know what it might be? Could it
Be herpes?  Really scared and looking for any help.

That's reassuring to hear. I really  appreciate you responding. But I can tell it's unually irrated inside the tip. I should have been more specific... it looks like there is a red spot right along the edge where the urethra ends and sort of a red irritated line that comes up to that point. Thats a more accurate description of it, if it makes any difference.

Hi non of what you mention suggests any std including herpes but would appear you are causing it your self from constant touching it looking for things. Its supposed to red on the inside.
