Can you catch hsv-2 from fingering someone then touching yourself.

About 12 days ago I received  unprotected oral sex from a female who is positive for hsv-2. I did briefly finger her, and I believe I touched my penis with the same hand as she was preforming oral. . I did wash my hands afterwards. A couple days later my scrodum became very red and inflamed. I went to the doctor and was diagnosed with “Tinea cruris “  Recently I’ve felt a tingling/mild burning feeling followed by  a couple red small pimple like bumps that have popped up around my frenulum/underneath urethra and penis hole. I’m not sure if they’ve already been there or not. It’s not painful just uncomfortable. And it doesn’t always tingle or burn unless it rubs against my underwear or I mess with it. My anxiety has been through the roof. Please help.

No, this isn't how herpes is spread. It's just not efficient, and there's too much movement and air and time. The tinea curis could cause the bumps you see.

Really, you're fine. :)
