Strange bump has appeared , first appeared once back in december

End of November i had some weird symptoms arrise after a one night stand with a friend of a friend kinda person

On the gland when i pulled my skin back i had like a weird lump, now this lump came up the morning when we both woke up, it was pretty much painless kinda had a dull feeling to it but not painful

Few days went by and it went away but i had some other problems and the doctor figured i somehow got prostitis which i took cipro for

BTW i never was bloodtested for herpes but did urine tests as my doctor did swap the lump but that was when it was starting to die down

Fast forwrd to today, its not the evening and just after supper i noticed this simalar lump is back, except its on the left side, and same kinda dull feeling, its slightly raised, prolly close to 1 CM in length , kinda hard/ firm when i touch it and gives off a tad bit of pain if i press on it, other then that i have no other weird symptoms

Could it just be a lymphocelle, kinda ***** im on a long weekend where i live and wouldnt be able to see a doctor unless i went to emergency, i think last time it only took about 2-3 days the lump to disappear?

Whats the recomendation here?

It doesn't really sound like herpes but it's been enough time now since your encounter you can get a type specific herpes igg blood test to know your status so you know if you need to worry about herpes or not.

Just an update, its about 18 hours now since i discovered this bump

Its still feels sore if i touch is but now its just a little red area thats not raised and looks slightly kinda wattery / shiny

And i havent had any sexual activity or been rugged down there or  been playing any sports that would irritate the area
