Concerns about HSV-2 and its testings including IgG

Hi all, I had a risky exposure 2 months ago:
I had protected oral then vaginal sex with a CSW using the same condom; and did not pay any visual attention to whether the condom was damaged or not.

Now I am concern that whether I have HSV-2 based on the following two phenomenons:
(i) my anus was injured before the sexual intercourse, it was very slightly bleeding when I used the toilet papers; after 1/2 weeks of the sexual exposure, my anus was frequently itching and slightly bleeding after I used the toilet papers.
(ii) I did a HSV IgG test in 20 days; and the results showed that:
13.2 RU/mL
whereas Negative =16 to =22 RU/mL

So I have the following questions regarding these two phenomenons:
(1) I am afraid I have anal HSV-2. I am scared that somehow the saliva or the vaginal fluids may invade through my injured anus; and infect me with HSV-2; how would you assess such possibility?
(2) I do realize that it takes 3-4 months for HSV-2 test to be conclusive; however, is that a relatively alert number (i.e. 13.2) for a 20-day test?
(3) Should I take a test now (60 days) now; and should i be reassured if the number is remain more-or-less the same to indicate that my level of antibodies do not raise?
(4) I find that most of the results of IgG tests on HSV 2 are usually in the number ranging from 0 to 2/3; but how come my result is ranging from 0-25/30?

Thank you for your kind attention and patience for reading; and I do very much appreciate if anyone can comment.
And apologize that I have post also in the STD group; because I just learnt the existence of this group; and I do long for any help...

1. The odds of that happening is slim to none and much closer to none.

2.have tests are very sensitive and it can get crossover from hsv1 or similarly weighted protiens. You're risk of hsv from this exposure is so close to zero I wouldn't have recommended testing at all.

3. You can test at 8 weeks and see what the results are. No harm in that.

4. It's just a slightly differant test and the values are just differant.

Again your risk is so low and hsv is not efficiently transmitted through bodily fluids.

Thanks for your reply. I wish you do no mind I have two follow-up questions.

1. I forgot to mention that I was having fever and diarrhea for 2 days after 2 week of the exposure; they stopped after I saw physician and taken medicine (her diagnosis is bacterial infection; she did not check my anus). After that my anus was still slightly bleeding when I used the toilet papers. I have learnt that HSV 2 can be transmitted via skin contact; and correct use of condom does not provide 100% protection; may I ask why do you think my risk of getting it is close to zero? I was afraid there was an initial outbreak in my anus (blisters + flu) but I did not know.

2. I will have test in 8 weeks then, and I will compare whether there is a significant increase of the numerical result (e.g. from 13.2 to 18.2), if there is, I will get a re-test again in 4 month mark. May I ask your advice for this?

Again, thank you for your attention and patience.
Std's like hsv are not transmitted by touching someone else's genitals then your own. I have been doing this awhile and have had many correspondences with some of the top experts in the field and they all agree that your type of exposure is a no risk event and they haven't had any cases of this at there busy clinics or read any in all there collective years.
You're symptoms suggest a stomach bug and not hsv. A primary includes fever, body aches, swollen lymph nodes in the groin and painful lesions. Not sore throat or diarrhea...etc.
Condoms offer fantastic protection but yes it's not 100%. It is as close to 100% for any single encounter with a new partner. It's not as effective if you are in a relationship with someone with genital hsv2.  Condoms don't cover everything and sometimes they're not used correctly.

Your plan sounds good. If that number is lower at 8 weeks then I wouldn't even bother retesting at 12-16 weeks.
Sorry I got the threads mixed up.
Disregard the hand touching but the rest of my advice stands. Any single protected exposure iso such a low risk. If you did contract hsv from this single exposure with a csw, it would be the first I've ever dealt with.
Thanks so much for your answers; after reading them, I am much more relieved now.
Only one follow up question:
Given I had a result of 13.2 in 20 day, would you recommend me to have further testing?
If it were me. I would test at twelve weeks. Purely for peace of mind
Thanks for your help. I will probably get a test in 3 month mark. Wish I will be fine.
