Herpes or inflamed Fordyce Spot

Hello-

I engaged in mutual masturbation and condom protected sexin late June on 3 separate occasions with CSWs.  Since then I have had a slight itching under my the skin of my penis but no discharge or burning while urinating.  Two days ago, I noticed a bump on the shaft of my penis.  I have many, many Fordyce spots and this bump is in the middle of a grouping of them.  Of course, I stupidly picked at it, and it opened and bled.  I have since applied neosporin for 2 days and it is still there, but it is not painful at all.  However, it hasn't really gone down in size and I am obviously a bit worried that it could be herpes.  I have HSV-1 already since childhood.  Questions:

1-what are the risks of herpes from protected oral and vaginal intercourse?
2-can Fordyce spots become inflamed?
3-how long after exposure would the first herpes sores appear?
4-if the sore is painless, does that mean that is is NOT herpes?

thanks.

The best thing you can do is to go and be seen and have this examined. We'd only be guessing as to what it is.

condoms reduce the transmission of hsv2 by about 40%.

Hi-

The blister is acting strange.  This morning it was a flat, almost gone scab and after taking a shower it is raised and white.  Does this sound like herpes?

thanks
