Possible genital herpes?

I am a male and 10 days ago I went to a strip club extremely intoxicated. Girl kept trying to get me to get private dance and I agreed. I said no kissing and no sex but just dancing. I don't remember everything that happened but remember reiterating that over and over. I know my penis was out for a short period (10-20 seconds as I contemplated masterbation). My hands did touch her upper vagina area but only the vagina itself once or twice for a split second. She had a g-string on for the vast majority of the time.

Due to my intoxicated state I don't know about open sores but don't recall anything unusual.

3 days later I had general fatigue and brain fog through day 4 after exposure. It is now 10 days since possible exposure and from days 7-10 have experienced tingling in butt, thighs, lower back and lesser so in lower legs, upper back, arms, and hands. I have had other milder symptoms like low appetite but don't know how much those and other symptoms have been due to anxiety. I've lost 5 pounds in the last week due to not eating much.

On day 9 I did experience a little tingling/pulsing in penis.

From day 3 on I have experienced some general rawness/burning where my thigh and scrotum meet but not extreme.

I believe my lymph nodes in groin, throat, and underarm may have been slightly enlarged but again not sure if that's due to anxiety.

My anus has been itching as well.

I check multiple times per day and have had the tingling for 3 days now but I have not seen any sores.

I go to doctor tomorrow but know they probably won't be able anything due to short period of time since possible exposure.

What are the chances this is symptoms of genital herpes?

So now I have recognized discharge from my penis. I think it is mostly clear. I also have a back ache on the left side of my back just above my waist line. It has caused weakness and aching in my hamstring, thigh, and calf. It was a throbbing sensation in my hamstring in the night that woke me up.

I had blood taken for igg it's only been a little over 3 weeks since exposure.

Does this seem symptomatic of genital herpes? My doctor has checked my penis twice and sees no lesions.

When was your last sexual encounter? Not including what happened at the strip club? What you’re describing with aches and pains, sounds more like a kidney issue. But I can’t say for sure. Some people with HSV do experience nerve issues that eventually subside. I’m glad you got a baseline IgG test. Did you get results yet? I really believe that you’re in counter at the club is of no risk.
My last sexual encounter prior to this was a month or so prior to this incident with my wife. We have been married 8 years and I have no concerns with her being unfaithful. This is the closest I have ever been to being unfaithful to her.

The aching in my back is not by my kidney. It is just left of my spine. I have had similar back pain previously but not the issues all the way into my legs. The farthest I can remember it causing issues is my hip.

Would it be common for these symptoms to keep showing up one after another over the course of 3 weeks or would they typically occur simultaneously?
Get your urethra swabbed for hsv. That should ease your mind if it comes back negative.

As a follow-up, the tingling and stinging continues to occur reading on my penis (today is day 21 since possible exposure). The last 3 days before today I have had irritation at the tip of my penis after urinating but no issues during urination.

Saw Dr. after last post and did a urine test for gonorrhea and Chlamydia which were negative. He did visual inspection of penis and didn't see anything.

I followed up with a friend and he confirmed we didn't ask or pay for anything sexual so I shouldn't worry but I can't help it after reading so many similar symptoms online.

Still have not seen any sores or lesions.

PLEASE HELP with any thoughts as to possible herpes.

If you didn’t receive oral sex and didn’t have sexual contact, you didn’t get hsv. HSV is not transmitted in any other ways you described. Touching her up her vagina area is no risk. She didn’t rob her vagina on your penis. She didn’t put your penis in her mouth. You didn’t have sex with her. This is no cause for concern. You did not become infected with HSV at the strip club.  I don’t know what’s causing your issues but it’s not a just be related, unless you had sex with someone in the days prior to the symptoms starting.
I realize that but due to my intoxication, I can't say for certain nothing sexual happened. I'm 95% sure but not positive. If I did have sexual contact, would these symptoms fit with genital herpes?
No, they wouldn’t. While hsv can cause painful urination, this is because sores are present in or near the urethra. Hsv genitally can cause swollen nodes but it wouldn’t happen all over (throat, under arm). Sounds like dermatitis with the redness.
