Transmission rates according to 3 safeguards

I am trying to nail down some transmission rates for HSV-2.  I was provided the following from a friend with it, but was hoping that you could confirm these and also perhaps give me a citation for some studies.

4% Female to Male and
10% Male to Female with the following safeguards:
No condoms
No valtrex
No sex during  O/B

2% Female to Male
No condoms
Yes Valtrex
No sex during OB

1% Female to Male
Yes Condoms
Yes Valtrex
No sex during OB

I was just diagnosed and have lots of questions!!!

This information might be in previous posts but I'm not sure you'll find citations here. Try google scholar.

Sorry for the recent diagnoses, there is a wealth of info here that I hope you will find helpful.
