HSV (Herpes Simplex Virus) IgG qualitative
Hi,
Just want to know if HSV (Herpes Simplex Virus) IgG qualitative and IgG herpeSelect tests are same?
I had sexual exposure 11 weeks and 3 days ago. Protected vaginal sex and unprotected oral sex. I am male.
I did not have any sympotoms of herpes till now except fever and sore throat at 2 week mark.
I just gave a blood test for HSV which read as "HSV (Herpes Simplex Virus) IgG qualitative".
Please let me know.

Yes I'm sure it will be, most every IgG test you read about here is very high quality and accurate.
