And since I got the phone call I have been very itchy around my nose,lips and chin I don’t know if it is a sign that I’ll get an outbreak or it’s just in my head

It could be either. Have you ever had an outbreak? 90% of people don't, so if you never have, don't assume you will start getting them now.
